TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to Couture and Decor Social Events LLC. By booking our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms and conditions below. Please read them carefully before reserving your event.
1. BOOKING & PAYMENT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and time. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Your date is not reserved until the deposit is received and your booking is confirmed by Couture and Decor Social Events LLC.
2. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
You may reschedule your event up to 7 days before the scheduled date, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made within 7 days of the event are not guaranteed and may result in forfeiture of your deposit. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of the 50% deposit. No refunds will be issued.
3. ARRIVAL, SETUP & EVENT TIME
We arrive at least 60–90 minutes before your event start time to allow for setup and testing. If the venue allows earlier access, we may arrive sooner. All setup and breakdown times are included in your booking. Additional time needed due to delays outside of our control may result in additional fees.
4. VENUE ACCESS & REQUIREMENTS
Client must ensure vendor access to the venue at the scheduled setup time. If vendor access is delayed, Couture and Decor Social Events LLC is not responsible for any shortened event time or services.
5. SPACE, POWER & WI-FI REQUIREMENTS
A minimum space of 10ft x 10ft is required for our photo booth setup. Access to a standard 110V power outlet within 50 feet of the setup area is required. Wi-Fi is required for digital features such as sharing, online galleries, and data capture. If Wi-Fi is not available, the booth can still operate where possible. Any photos requiring internet delivery will be sent once a connection becomes available.
6. SERVICE AREA & TRAVEL FEES
Couture and Decor Social Events LLC provides services within Fort Worth and surrounding areas. Events located more than 30 minutes outside of our service radius from Fort Worth, TX may incur a $50 travel fee.
7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
Client is responsible for providing accurate event details, a safe and appropriate environment, and ensuring guests use the photo booth in a responsible manner.
8. EQUIPMENT & DAMAGES
Our equipment is professional-grade and well maintained. Client is responsible for any loss, theft, or damage caused by guests or third parties. Additional fees may apply.
9. PHOTO & CONTENT USAGE
Photos, videos, and other content captured during your event are for personal use only. Couture and Decor Social Events LLC reserves the right to use event photos and videos for marketing and promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing prior to your event.
10. CORPORATE EVENT DATA CAPTURE
When you add our data capture service, attendees may submit their contact information. You are responsible for informing participants that their data will be collected and for how you plan to use it in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
11. SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS
While we strive to provide seamless service, we are not liable for interruptions due to internet outages, power failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Couture and Decor Social Events LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, or government restrictions.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY & INDEMNIFICATION
Couture and Decor Social Events LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Client agrees to indemnify and hold Couture and Decor Social Events LLC harmless from any claims arising from the event or the use of our services.
14. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Tarrant County, Texas.
15. AGREEMENT
By booking your event and paying the deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
